Pros: I loved my AXIM pda while it worked. However it failed after 1 year.

Cons: DELL policy is NO REPAIRS or EXCHANGES beyond the warranty period. Tough!

The Bottom Line: DELL makes fantastic PDA. However, they do not stand behind their (not cheap) products and will NOT repair any pda which fails after the warranty period.
