Pros: Auto-Negotiating 10/100/1000 (half/full duplex), QoS Traffic Prioritization, Quiet Cooling Fan

Cons: Only Available in Off-White Color

The Bottom Line: You couldn't ask for a better, quieter, faster Ethernet switch. Highly recommended.
