This top-end CD Receiver gives YOU the power: you can play WMA- or MP3-encoded discs, regular CDs, CD-Rs, and CD-RWs. The DEH-P9400MP plays them all, and it also controls Pioneer CD changers. And for fine-tuning all that music, a three-way crossover network and built-in DSP- which offers a 13-band Graphic EQ- let you get the sound JUST right. The DEH-P9400MP has a motorized flap face, and the Organic Electroluminescent (OEL) display will transform your dash, with full-motion and 3D graphics and a wide viewing angle. Plus, you can download images to it from the Web using our PC Link Kit. A MOSFET 50 Watts x 4 power supply delivers the juice, and you get three pair of Hi-Volt (4V) RCA pre-outs if you want to add amps. The DEH-P9400MP is XM Ready and comes with a steering wheel remote. Great Unit. Great Sound.

Pros: Good SQ, Great look, Sharp display, Spectrum analyzers. The Pros are endless.

Cons: A bit hard to figure out at first. Not a con really.

The Bottom Line: I would recommend this to anybody who wants an excellent looking, as well as excellent sounding head unit.

Review: First off, I upgraded from an old pioneer deh-14 to this. Huge upgrade, but might as well do it right. The speakers I am pushing right now, are older Jbl Grand touring series 2-way's, and a pair of cheap tweeters. What I did was put the unit in network ...

Pioneer is alway the best HU

Pros: Incredible sound, great LCD screen, customizable for any type of music.

Cons: Little pricey, hard to set it up while driving.

The Bottom Line: Pay extra $200 for a head unit that you will always enjoy listening to it rather that a normal unit for a cheap price.

Review: I bought this head unit after investing some intensive research in the market for an excellent, reliable yet not too expensive HU. Being a big fan of the Pioneer car stereo, I was curious to hear and compare this HU with others at the same (more or less)...
