The AEG L16830 washer dryer is a really versatile and intelligent washer dryer with a host of useful features. The L16830 wash programmes include intensive, refresh, hand wash and extra rinse and the machine senses light or half load automatically. All AEG machines have an 8 minute Biowash phase; this precedes the main wash and ensures that the enzymes in the detergent are released at a temperature not exceeding 40ºC for optimum stain and soiling removal. You can adjust the spin speed or select no spin, and the time saver setting enables you to speed up the cycle. The dryer element includes 3 temperature settings, reverse tumble and final cool cycle, and there's an audible end of programme signal.
